Project Manager

WHAT'S IN A NAME?

Responsible for the day-to-day management and administrative follow-up of various demolition and dismantling projects in Belgium and abroad.

Supporting and managing the team to ensure efficient implementation.

Guaranteeing the correct processing and disposal of all released materials in accordance with the applicable guidelines.

Overseeing strict compliance with safety regulations by staff, workers and subcontractors.

Ensuring timely delivery of projects within the agreed budget.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We are looking for someone who closely matches the following profile characteristics:

Preferably a degree in Construction or equivalent practical experience.

Has at least three years of relevant experience in a similar position.

Holds a valid VCA-VOL certificate.

Demonstrates strong organisational and communication skills, with an eye for detail and quality.

Knows how to inspire and motivate a team thanks to excellent leadership qualities.

Is flexible and works easily in different locations, including short assignments abroad..
