We seek solutions and address environmental risks in an integrated way to transform such industrial sites and properties into attractive area developments. This way, we turn every risk into an optimal redevelopment strategy.

All projects are different. That is why we develop a master plan with the various stakeholders for a redevelopment that fits perfectly on that specific site. We don’t just want to make a difference from an environmental point of view; developing a brownfield also means creating jobs where people live.
Our aim is an integrated approach that combines water, greenery and infrastructure. We are inspired by projects such as the CAT site in Vilvoorde and the Ford site in Genk to reflect on a more diversified development strategy. We then work with MG Real Estate to transform projects into future-proof communities where living, working, and mobility are perfectly integrated.
